SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once an order is confirmed, we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Your order tracking details will be shared with the registered email. The average fulfilment time is 5-7 working days, and 90% of our orders are shipped within a 2-3 day timeframe. However, in case of unforeseen circumstances our team will promptly notify you of any delays.
Once the order is shipped, please allow 3-5 days for delivery. The delivery time may vary depending on your area’s pin-code and regions.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS
In the event that your order is not delivered, either due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to us at our shipping facility. You will be contacted once we receive the undelivered product. In the case of pre-paid orders, your package will be re-shipped once again.
CANCELLATION POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final from our end. Returns are not accepted.
Exchanges are only permitted for damaged products. To request an exchange, please email us at team@garymilan.in and provide both video and images of the damaged product during the unpacking process. The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery. All exchanges will go through a quality check by our team, and we reserve the right to decline the request if the product has been used or is missing its original tags.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired size is not in stock, you will be offered a coupon code of same amount or a product exchange. Coupon code comes with a validity of 30 days.
We provide exchange only one time, so please make sure you are confident about the size. For any assistance, we’re here to help!
Exchanged products will be shipped as soon as we receive the returned item. The entire process takes about 7-9 days. In case of a return pick-up, if your area pin-code falls under a non-serviceable category, you will be informed, and we expect you to send it via your local courier centre. In such cases, you will not be charged anything for the exchange process.
